Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as personal care items) may not be eligible for return unless faulty or delivered in error.
• Please keep your proof of purchase (order confirmation, official receipt, or invoice) for all refund or exchange requests.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method whenever possible, or an alternative option will be discussed with you.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used personal care products, food items, and other goods marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Customized or special order items may not be returned unless they arrived damaged or with errors on our part.

Order Cancellations
